	coke
	The mayor and his sidekick was illustrated in various situations promoting various products and compitions. Logo devices and many more illustrations was done for this campaign. All these illustrations was done in Adobe illustrator and could be printed at any size without losing any quality. 	cadbury
	the cadbury monster joy campaign was a nice character design and development project... progress sketches was sent to the art director to ensure that we were on the right track. take a look at the animation clip developed by another company from the joy monster character.

	carnival city
	Illustrations was done for various Carnival City campaigns. The Jester, their mascot, was illustrated in different situations with various body positions. I alway say: "if you don't have a photograph or it doesn't exist, just draw it in... your mind is the limit."

	huggies
	The Huggies nappy illustrations are detailed icons depicting the various characteristics of the different nappies. These illustrations were done in Photoshop with everything on seperate layers so that the client can take away or move the circular sections to reveal more of the illustrated nappy underneath.

	Huggies' "hugbear" character design and development used for print and TV ads was all created in Photoshop. The packaging was rendered to give the effect that the bear was really hugging the product. The Huggies wipes was also created in Photoshop. All these illustrations first started out as rough sketches.

	peugeot
	for the launch of the Peugeot 3008 the agency required illustrations to depict the display methods and activities for the launch. The 3008 is a crossover that is semi 4x4... the idea was to place the car in different situations which it is suited for. The "blueprint" style sketches was used for the Peugeot 3008 brochure.

	saa
	Various illustrations was done for SAA, the ones on show here is a business class airplane seat illustrated to show the different seat settings which was placed in print ads. The rough scamps was done for pitch work to depict the welcoming of our different cultures.

	redd's
	Redd's splash illustrations... each illustration depicts the circumstances which the beverage is suited for... parties, good with food, and for just relaxing. The SAB characters was used in a SAB brochure.

	aa
	the AA illustrations was done in a "Cat in the Hat" style, focusing on children. This rhyme booklet was distributed with a little toy car.

	cell c
	Cell C and Nike had a promotion running on Mixit and required illustrations, similar to what the graphics would look like on Mixit for a magazine print ad. The rest of the illustrations for Cell C was for product and promotion activations.

	In order for the agency to present their ideas to Cell C, they require visual representations of their idea to make it easier to carry the idea over to their client. These illustrations were done for another activation presentation.

	All the Cell C illustration briefs was given 24 hours before the idea was presented to the client. We do about 10 - 14 of these illustrations in 8 hours from brief to finished scamps. This is a really handy service when you have a tight deadline. But remember the more time you give the illustrator the more attention to detail can be given to the illustration...

	Scamps can be done in any style. Loose ink pen style, Colour marker effect, pencil sketch, and charcoal with a touch of colour. The illustrations for Cell C was clean and simple.

	sprite zero
	sprite zero campaign... the buildings behind the model is vector illustrated buildings that can be enlarged to any size without losing any quality to the image.

	fifa & bp
	The BP Fifa campaign was a very urgent presentation to the client and all the scamps for the presentation was done over a weekend. Various event activation illustrations and illustrations depicting the way the characters carry their soccer balls was part of the brief. Needless to say that the campaign was a great success and the main image above has a completed final ad sample done by the agency.

	sa tourism
	Doodle style illustrations combined with photographs was created for a concept presentation to South African Tourism. The brief had a lot of artistic freedom and the idea was to depict a traveler making notes on what he/she experienced by making little doodle notes.

	iom
	Poster Illustrations for the International Organisation for Migration. The poster illustrations depicts the world wide problem of human trafficking. The brief was to keep it simple and clear so that everyone can relate to what is illustrated without having to use any wording.

	colgate palmolive
	A water splashy swirl illustration was required for Protex. This illustration was done in Photoshop and any background could be placed behind the water so that the subject appears to be in water. Icon illustrations was done for Sta-Soft to depict the various features provided by the product.

	gautrain
	These were quick concept illustrations done for another presentation. Two storyboards for TV commercials and a mascot character design was the order for the day.

	sasol
	The Sasol staff Caricature illustration was done in 2 different styles. One in a vector comic book style and one in a more realistic airbrush style. The brief changed in the progress of doing this illustration from "The Hero's" to the "Smart Team".

	lucozade
	These scamps were done for Lucozade brand activation activities.

	arthrochoice
	Retouching and comping was required on the print ad for ArthroChoice. Feathers had to be added in the pathway, grass had to be made green, the left shoe had to be made visible, a dramatic sky had to be added in, and the image had to be adapted for landscape and portrait ads before a final saturation treatment was done.

	tempest
	These scamps were done to give the client a good idea of what the ventriloquist doll character would look like. You can view the final Tempest ad to see the resemblance of the illustrated character and the real doll.

	van coke kartel
	The storyboard scamps for the Essential ad by the band Van Coke Kartel was quick scamps to show the client some visual reference for the art directors idea for creating their TV ad. This ad won a Pendoring award

	kotex
	The Kotex product illustrations was renderings done in Photoshop for banner and magazine ads.

	castle
	Rugby illustrations done in vector format for a poster campaign for Castle Lager. This was done for the upcomming Rugby World Cup. A video of how the process of creating one of these vector illustrations with the use of Adobe Illustrator can be viewed HERE.

	miller
	A promotion created for Miller. A Miller dollar coupon illustration. The brief was to make the miller currency look as REAL as possible so that the person who receives this has to look twice to realise that it isn't a real dollar. And on closer inspection realise that it is a Miller dollar.
